Jorge de Souza is an agronomist, graduated at the São Paulo State University, specialist on Strategic Business Management by the same university and also specialist on Seed Business Technology by Lavras Federal University.
He worked 25 years for the international seed business achieving board positions at the Zeneca Seeds and Dow AgriSciences companies.
He is also a former fruit grower by owning Agropaqueta Farm in Minas Gerais State of Brazil.
Currently Jorge is the CEO of Attivo Consulting & Training Company and Technical & Project Manager at the Brazilian Association of Fruit Producers and Exporters – ABRAFRUTAS.
